- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
