  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer half of the potato slices in a baking dish, pour half of the cream mixture over them.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheese and half of the turkey bacon over the potatoes.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
