- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
