Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa

A comforting and delicious dish that combines the flavors of pierogi and kielbasa.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pierogi
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add half of the kielbasa, onion, and sauerkraut.
  3. Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Whisk together the sour cream, garlic powder, and paprika. Pour over the top.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.

Notes

  • For a bit of extra flavor, consider adding some chopped bell peppers.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of cheese to your liking.
