  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix salsa, olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. During the last 30 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
