2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, frozen peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, prepare the pie crust according to package instructions.
Transfer the chicken mixture to a baking dish and cover with the prepared pie crust.
Bake in the oven at 425°F for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
