Ingredients

1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional for thickening)
Instructions
Place the sliced beef, bell peppers, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt. Pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
If you’d like to thicken the sauce, mix cornstarch with a little cold water and stir it in during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Notes
You can adjust the spice level by adding chili flakes or hot sauce.
Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or carrots.
