Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie

A delicious and easy recipe for chicken pot pie made in your crock pot, perfect for comforting meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper in a crock pot.
  2. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, place pie crust over the top of the filling.
  5. Cook until the crust is golden brown.

Notes

  • For a thicker filling, you can add a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with water.
  • Feel free to add more vegetables according to your preference.
