  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts and layer with turkey bacon and Swiss cheese.
  3. Roll up the chicken and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Dredge in flour, dip in beating eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry in a skillet until golden brown, then transfer to the oven to finish cooking.
  6. In a saucepan, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and paprika to make the sauce.
  7. Serve the chicken rolls drizzled with the creamy sauce.
