  • 1 pound pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the cream, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the spinach has wilted.
