  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 slices crispy turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a large pan, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper over medium heat.
  3. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to combine.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit turkey bacon.
