  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices crispy turkey bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until well combined and bring to a simmer.
