- 4 cups fresh corn kernels
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
