Creamy Corn Casserole

A deliciously creamy corn casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 cups sweet corn
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the corn, heavy cream, turkey bacon, chicken ham, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir until well mixed, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a twist, add some diced jalapeños for heat.
  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and reheated.
