  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until well combined.
