- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
