- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, blend the avocados, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
