  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add the diced onion and asparagus to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
