- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
