- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- oil for frying
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
