  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and bell peppers, sauté until they are soft.
  3. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add beef sirloin, cooking until browned.
  5. Pour in beef broth, cream, and Worcestershire sauce; stir to combine.
  6. Bring soup to a simmer and then reduce heat to low.
  7. Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Finally, add provolone cheese, stirring until melted.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
