- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a large pot, combine the rice, coconut milk, chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
