- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
