- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix together shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt until well combined.
- Using a cookie scoop, place mounds of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
