Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing.
