  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.
