  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the chilled butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into mini tart pans and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Heat the heavy cream until just simmering and pour over the chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate filling into each tart shell, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
  7. Let the tarts cool before serving.
