- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
