- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham
- 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Madeira wine
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
- Add the chicken ham and sautéed mushrooms to the pan, then pour in Madeira wine.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover the skillet and transfer it to the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon.
