  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add chicken, refried beans, cheese, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well.
  3. Place a portion of the mixture in each tortilla and roll tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry chimichangas until golden brown.
