These Cheesy Turkey Bacon Brussels Sprouts make for a delightful side dish that pairs well with any meal. The combination of crispy bacon and creamy cheese enhances the natural flavor of Brussels sprouts.

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and toss until the Brussels sprouts are well-coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and scatter the turkey bacon pieces over them.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the bacon is crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
