- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled sausage (optional)
