- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 small head of cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the chopped cauliflower and broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
