- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
