  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, cooked beef mixture, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Pour diced tomatoes over the stuffed peppers.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
