  • 1 pack Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Stir in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheddar cheese, black pepper, and salt.
