  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and half of the caramel sauce.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Allow to cool, then drizzle with remaining caramel sauce before serving.
