  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set.
