  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  5. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
