Burrata Pasta (One Pot!)

A delightful one-pot pasta dish featuring creamy burrata, perfect for cheese lovers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook until they burst.
  4. Add pasta and enough water to cover, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in burrata cheese until creamy.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
