  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture into the wet ingredients.
  5. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
  6. Cover and let it rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  7. Shape the dough into rolls and place them in a baking dish.
  8. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Let cool and serve.
