- 1 pound Brussel sprouts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussel sprouts.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussel sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the seasoned Brussel sprouts onto a baking sheet.
- Chop the turkey bacon and chicken ham, then sprinkle over the Brussel sprouts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
