2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet.
