Breakfast Egg Muffins

Start your day off right with these breakfast egg muffins packed with flavor from turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture into each cup.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  6. Let cool, then remove from the tin and enjoy.
