  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer fresh blueberries on top, then drizzle with lemon juice and zest.
  6. Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture on top of the blueberries.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
