- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups baby spinach

- Salt and pepper to taste
