  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add in the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken. Toss to combine and coat in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
