  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup corn, canned or frozen

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then toss them in olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
