  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over them.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the dish.
