Baked Eggs Florentine

A delicious and healthy version of Eggs Florentine that incorporates turkey bacon and chicken ham for a flavorful twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Sauté the spinach in the same skillet until wilted.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the spinach, chicken ham, and bacon.
  5. Crack the eggs over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
