  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. After 25 minutes, remove from the oven and spoon marinara sauce on top of each piece of chicken.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then return to the oven.
