  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the baby potatoes and slice them in half.
  3. In a bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  5. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
