  • 2 carrots diced

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Stir in the grated beets, carrots, and potatoes, and cook for about 5 minutes.
