- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion diced
- 2 carrots diced
- 1 potato diced
- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
